Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans for unconventional assets
- Conduct economic feasibility studies for new exploration and production projects
- Monitor production performance and recommend data-driven enhancement strategies
- Ensure compliance with stringent environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing through technical workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse)
- Proven track record in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing optimization
- Strong understanding of US regulatory frameworks (FERC, EPA)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
