Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and completion techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proven track record in optimizing production from unconventional plays
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
