Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs using advanced simulation software
- Analyze production data to enhance recovery factors and implement artificial lift solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in reservoir modeling and economic feasibility studies
- Develop field development plans aligned with corporate sustainability goals
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical audits for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate seismic and log data into reservoir characterization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation tools (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel) and production optimization software
- Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, completions, and hydraulic fracturing
- Valid PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated project leadership in high-pressure, high-temperature environments
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and automation systems
