Responsibilities

  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead the design, optimization, and execution of drilling, completion, and workover programs to maximize production and recovery.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct comprehensive reservoir surveillance, performance analysis, and forecasting to identify opportunities for production enhancement.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement advanced stimulation techniques (e.g., hydraulic fracturing, acidizing) to improve well productivity.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Utilize reservoir simulation models and data analytics to provide strategic recommendations for field development and resource management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate cross-functionally with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production operations teams to ensure integrated project delivery.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Evaluate new technologies and best practices in petroleum engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure all operations adhere to strict safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

Qualifications
