Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse)
- Strong analytical skills for production optimization and decline curve analysis
- Proven track record in leading field development projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Experience working with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing technologies
