Responsibilities
- Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing programs using advanced software (e.g., Nexus, FracProPT)
- Analyze reservoir performance data to develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing well interventions and workovers
- Develop production forecasts and economic models for new drilling campaigns
- Ensure compliance with API RP 43 and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and field training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong understanding of well completions and stimulation techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies (IoT sensors, real-time analytics)
- Proven project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
