Responsibilities

- Lead reservoir simulation modeling and production forecasting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on field development plans
- Analyze well performance data to enhance recovery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and project oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of drilling/completion operations
- Proven project leadership in deepwater or shale projects
- Valid P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with enhanced oil recovery techniques
