Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize field development plans
- Lead well completion and stimulation projects to maximize hydrocarbon recovery
- Analyze production data to identify enhancement opportunities and reduce operational costs
- Develop integrated asset management strategies for unconventional resources
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams on reservoir engineering best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (SPE, API) and regulatory requirements
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience with deepwater/shale projects
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (ECLIPSE, Nexus, Petrel)
- Strong analytical skills with production optimization and well intervention experience
- Proven track record in economic modeling and field development planning
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
