Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in well optimization and production enhancement projects
- Conduct economic analysis and feasibility studies for new exploration opportunities
- Develop and monitor compliance with HSE protocols and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate subsurface data into engineering workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream operations with unconventional resources
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong background in well completion design and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated project leadership with P&L responsibility
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and data analytics
