Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and enhanced recovery projects
- Analyze well performance data and recommend drilling/completion modifications
- Develop economic models for field development and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with complex reservoirs
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and production operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project leadership in high-stakes environments
- Advanced data analytics and digitalization skills
