Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to enhance hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans (FDPs)
- Optimize drilling and completion strategies using AI-driven analytics
- Ensure compliance with API and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical innovation
- Collaborate with geoscience teams on integrated subsurface modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong background in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
- Proven track record in field development planning
