Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation models to enhance hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program optimization and well completions
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective solutions
- Develop field development plans aligned with strategic business objectives
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
- Collaborate with geoscientists on seismic interpretation and prospect evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production optimization
- Proven track record in managing field development projects
- Deep knowledge of drilling technologies and well completion methods
