Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced recovery techniques for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans
- Analyze reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance
- Implement digital twin technology for real-time reservoir monitoring
- Collaborate with drilling engineers on well trajectory optimization
- Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses for capital projects
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Proven track record in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Strong analytical skills with production optimization experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Advanced knowledge of reservoir characterization techniques
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
