Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding workflows for a high-growth environment.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze people metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to improve retention and productivity.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Ops.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California employment law and compliance standards.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
