Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end People Operations strategy, including performance management, compensation planning, and benefits administration.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing insights on organizational health and talent development.
- Design and iterate on internal policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the global organization.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, from onboarding excellence to offboarding and alumni engagement.
- Spearhead data-driven initiatives to monitor employee sentiment and reduce attrition.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure 100% compliance with local and federal labor regulations.
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous feedback through regular engagement surveys and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and data analytics.
- Deep knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and compliance standards.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex interpersonal conflicts.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of scaling teams through rapid growth phases.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing HR tech stacks to automate workflows and enhance employee experience.
