Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage end-to-end performance review cycles and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
- Partner with leadership to drive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs.
- Oversee HRIS implementation and data analytics to drive people-centric decisions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations investigations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the tech sector.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven ability to navigate change management in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern HR tech stacks like Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
