Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of global HR strategies including performance management, compensation planning, and organizational development.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast headcount needs and implement robust talent acquisition pipelines.
- Revamp the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding through offboarding to ensure high engagement and cultural alignment.
- Oversee HR compliance, payroll administration, and benefits management with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize people analytics to derive actionable insights, reducing turnover and increasing internal mobility.
- Drive DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance environment across all departments.
- Mentor the HR support team, establishing a culture of service excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or strategic role.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS management (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and data analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
