Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead performance management cycles and support managers in coaching their teams.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and modernize internal HR policies to foster a culture of inclusivity and growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to align people operations with long-term business goals.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and benefits administration for the organization.
- Oversee HRIS implementation and maintain data integrity to provide actionable workforce insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
