Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable HR processes that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding excellence to performance management and offboarding.
- Lead HRIS optimization projects to ensure data integrity and actionable workforce insights.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, including D&I programs and employee engagement surveys.
- Partner with leadership to drive competitive compensation and benefits benchmarking strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on compliance and empathetic resolution.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing HR operations team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS implementations (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex HR metrics into executive-level reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
