Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Design and facilitate performance management programs and professional development pathways.
- Oversee total rewards, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
- Drive internal culture initiatives, including DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programming.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting to provide actionable workforce analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a high-growth tech or corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of New York State and NYC labor laws.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic environment.
