Responsibilities

- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on complex employee relations and labor compliance.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Implement HRIS upgrades and data analytics to drive evidence-based talent decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or People Management.
- Proven expertise in California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data visualization tools.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate sensitive conflict resolution scenarios.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-inspired corporate environment.
