Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end People Operations strategies, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee development and retention.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on compliance, equity, and company culture.
- Oversee HRIS data integrity and leverage analytics to provide actionable insights into workforce trends.
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders to refine compensation structures and total rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive interpersonal situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in modern HR tech stacks such as Workday, BambooHR, or Gusto.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
