Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Lead organizational development projects to enhance culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment compliance.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations within a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms and modern workplace collaboration tools.
