Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and organizational growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead the optimization of HRIS and people analytics to drive data-informed talent decisions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and implement effective retention strategies.
- Ensure total rewards packages remain competitive and aligned with market benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR processes from the ground up.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, dynamic, and rapidly changing corporate culture.
