Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through structured performance management systems.
- Manage HR compliance and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Analyze People Analytics to drive data-informed decisions regarding compensation and benefits.
- Facilitate leadership training and internal professional development programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives regarding organizational design and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology sector.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
- Exceptional proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building HR dashboards and reporting metrics.
