Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent management strategies.
- Oversee global performance review cycles and professional development frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to drive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and legal compliance.
- Optimize HRIS workflows to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Champion internal communications and culture-building events that boost employee engagement.
- Scale compensation and benefits programs to remain market-competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech firms.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws and federal/state compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations with high emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or Rippling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data into actionable insights.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
