Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and company culture.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding excellence to performance management and offboarding.
- Lead complex employee relations issues with empathy, integrity, and sound legal judgment.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive DE&I initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze people analytics to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Proven expertise in California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, remote-first or hybrid office culture.
- Excellent project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
