Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and workflows.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding excellence to offboarding integrity.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute data-driven retention strategies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and legal compliance.
- Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster a sense of belonging.
- Optimize HRIS data integrity and reporting to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Lead performance management cycles to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or corporate environment.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in US labor laws and multi-state compliance.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
