Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding workflows to ensure a premium candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement professional development and career pathing frameworks.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and people data to drive actionable insights and operational improvements.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management or strategic role.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in US labor laws and standard HR compliance practices.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR processes in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR).
