Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and performance management cycles.
- Oversee global benefits administration, payroll compliance, and HRIS data integrity.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing robust learning and development programs.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights on workforce trends.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in managing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
