Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Expertise in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
