Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with company growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding and performance development.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, and employee engagement surveys.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and legal compliance.
- Oversee HRIS administration and data analytics to provide actionable insights into workforce trends.
- Partner with leadership to refine total rewards packages, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure continuous compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred).
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech or professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a track record of resolving sensitive employee conflicts.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
