Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles within tech-forward companies.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS systems and modern payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
