Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent management processes, including performance reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through innovative engagement programs and internal communications.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
- Provide expert guidance to management on complex employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
- Implement data-driven HR metrics to optimize operational efficiency and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles within a fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR systems and workflows.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
