Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support rapid business growth.
- Drive employee engagement programs that foster inclusion, diversity, and professional development.
- Manage HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and provide actionable analytics to leadership.
- Facilitate complex employee relations matters with empathy and sound professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in US labor laws and comprehensive benefits administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute integrity.
