- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy, professional judgment, and legal compliance.
- Optimize HRIS infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with department heads to drive performance management cycles and compensation benchmarking.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to maintain an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or People functions.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven track record of building scalable HR systems and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and data analytics tools.
