Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to impactful offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion, empathy, and legal compliance.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement performance management and professional development frameworks.
- Oversee total rewards and compensation benchmarking to remain competitive in the market.
- Drive internal culture initiatives, DEI programs, and employee engagement surveys.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of New York labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change management.
- Excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience utilizing modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
