Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive growth and accountability.
- Manage total rewards strategy, including compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Serve as the primary HRBP for leadership, providing expert counsel on organizational design and employee relations.
- Drive DE&I initiatives that cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workspace.
- Oversee HR compliance and data integrity within our HRIS (Workday/BambooHR).
- Optimize internal communications to keep the workforce engaged and aligned with company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or People Operations.
- Proven expertise in scaling HR processes for high-growth tech or professional services firms.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics for HR reporting.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Deep knowledge of California and Federal labor laws.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process automation and efficiency.
