  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or People Operations.
  • Proven expertise in scaling HR processes for high-growth tech or professional services firms.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of California and Federal labor laws.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process automation and efficiency.
