Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and professional development frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, including D&I programs and employee engagement surveys.
- Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership regarding organizational design.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and provide analytics-driven insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong proficiency with modern HRIS (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
