Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to strategic offboarding.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to management.
- Manage end-to-end performance management programs and professional development cycles.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze People Analytics to drive data-informed decisions regarding retention and engagement.
- Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to maintain a world-class workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology sector.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and compliance.
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process optimization.
