Responsibilities

- Lead organizational development initiatives to drive employee growth and performance.
- Oversee full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and modernize HR policies to improve the employee experience.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team on workforce planning.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with diplomacy and professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California labor laws and employment compliance.
- Proven ability to manage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on empathy, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven HR reporting.
