Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes for a high-growth tech environment.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, including career pathing and continuous feedback cycles.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all organizational levels.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with empathy, discretion, and compliance-driven solutions.
- Partner with leadership to refine total rewards, compensation, and benefit programs.
- Utilize HR data analytics to provide actionable insights for workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead capacity.
- Proven track record in scaling operations within a fast-paced, modern organizational environment.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and federal labor regulations.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
