Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that foster a culture of inclusion and excellence.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to define organizational structure and long-term talent development roadmaps.
- Manage HR compliance, policy development, and ensure local, state, and federal labor law adherence.
- Spearhead data-driven initiatives to analyze turnover, engagement metrics, and compensation benchmarking.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Supervise the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems to enhance administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, benefits administration, and compensation strategy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS implementations and utilizing people analytics to drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment while maintaining strong operational standards.
