Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition processes, from strategic sourcing to onboarding integration.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with discretion, fairness, and legal compliance.
- Analyze people metrics and performance data to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and total rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Champion internal culture initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- Proven track record of managing scaling efforts within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling) and talent management software.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
