Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of employee engagement, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead complex employee relations cases with discretion, empathy, and legal compliance.
- Partner with leadership to drive performance management cycles and compensation benchmarking.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and leverage people analytics to inform business decisions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California and Federal labor laws.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
