Responsibilities
- Design and execute global people operations strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to professional development and offboarding.
- Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive culture, including DE&I programming and employee wellness programs.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving retention and employee engagement.
- Spearhead the implementation of modern HRIS solutions to streamline internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of US labor law and multi-state compliance requirements.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven track record of resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and data visualization tools.
- Strategic mindset with an agile approach to problem-solving and project management.
