Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent management processes, including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding.
- Cultivate a high-engagement, inclusive, and positive company culture through internal communications and team-building initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and compliance-driven solutions.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide actionable workforce analytics to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR processes for high-growth tech or professional services organizations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
