Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and professional development.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement through proactive DEI initiatives and internal communications.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters.
- Oversee HR compliance, policy development, and internal documentation.
- Utilize HRIS data to generate actionable insights and report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations within a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive workplace issues.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) and advanced Excel/Data reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.
