Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine performance management and compensation structures.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for organizational improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation and management (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Strong understanding of US employment law and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
