Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Lead global compliance initiatives and maintain industry-leading HR standards.
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and total rewards programs.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective performance management and L&D programs.
- Utilize HRIS data to provide actionable insights on retention, engagement, and productivity.
- Directly manage a team of People Ops coordinators to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation and optimization (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of US labor law, global employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategic business recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling HR processes for a team of 200+ employees.
